David Blais

 I am a husband and father of 2, and the founder of Blais Performance and Wellness. I have a passion for human performance and the physical potential of the body. 
I enjoy teaching athletes how they can improve their performance both on and off the ice. 

I quickly realized that working with athletes was more then just developing the physical attributes need to perform on the ice. It became more about the individual and their needs and what they needed to become a high performance athlete. I began developing my skills to teach what dedication, discipline and work ethic really meant both in training and in your day to day habits to become a true high performer.

In order to create more of an impact with younger athletes I am taking the next step to help adults live like an athlete and become stronger in their bodies and lives.

I am a busy Mom of 2 and co-owner of Blais Performance and Wellness.

I specialize in helping busy and ambitious women take back their power to feel strong, sexy, fit, confident and beautiful inside and out.
To finally shed those unwanted pounds, to regain a sense of strength
and confidence in their bodies, to have lasting energy and
to help feel healthy overall.

Today I have coached countless women through a body transformation and experienced my own. I have developed a system to looking and feeling your best without spending hours doing boring workouts or cardio or counting calories.  I know its possible to live a busy and fulfilling life and be strong, fit and healthy.

 BR has been with us for 2 years. He is an active individual but he started to feel like he was losing strength and old injuries were starting to effect is movements through the day.
He needed to make some changes so he could keep enjoying his pick up hockey and be able to recover quicker to be able to go a few times a week.

BR made training with us a non-negotiable. He comes 2 x a week and even with he's busy work schedule he know books hes work around he's training 2 x a week along with hockey 2 x a week.
I have been attending Blais workout sessions for over 2 years now and really enjoy the professional coaching and discipline of David Blais and their staff's approach to fitness.

Who is the program for?

Any fitness level can participate in this challenge. We will modify YOUR program to YOUR specific needs, even if you have prior injuries. Some people have specific needs, some have 100 pounds to lose.

 I don't have a lot of weight to lose, is the program still for me?
Yes, you certainly can, you don’t have to have a lot to lose to participate in this program. Some only have their last 5-10 pounds to lose and just want the extra accountability to reach their specific goals.
What will be required of me?
During the 4-Weeks you are encouraged to workout 3-4 times per week while following your nutrition plan guidelines and implement the recipes into your daily life.
What are the workouts like?
 We focus on movement quality, strength and lots of activity with little rest. The workouts are structured to be metabolically stimulating for both males and females.   Don't worry the workout is customized to YOUR ability, so each person has their OWN individually designed program made for THEIR body and THEIR particular needs
